Homly is an innovative software platform for easy coordination of affairs within a gated community.
The all-inclusive platform caters to Resident management for estate managers and homeowners, visitors management and bill payments for the residents and communal interactions among the community stakeholders such as the estate administration, security officers, and facility management personnels.
We want to work with reputable estate agents and facility managers to introduce our software application to their estates and residents.

For Estates
This allows the estate administrators to digitize their estates with an online database of residents that can be invited, supervised and managed via the application including an overview of the residents activities within the estate.

Broadcasting information and timely communication of events in the estate happens at the click of a button with Homly’s broadcast feature that transmits notifications and messages to the residents and other selected stakeholders in the community

With Homly, Estate can receive payments directly from residents into their account and monitor residents that are yet to pay. This starts with an easy-to-use feature that allows estate administrators to create estate levies and fees and send them to residents and other stakeholders as due.
For Residents
Residents can schedule visits and confirm the identity of invited guests through a dynamic visitor’s management system leveraging on the use of access codes.

Reminder on estate levies, a hub for bill payments, emergency features to trigger security and alert neighbors in case of intrusion or emergency and quick access to request handymen and facility managers in the estate.
